Matthew Abod is a Manager with Abod & Associates LLC. Currently, Matthew is working towards obtaining his CPA license. He graduated from The University of Maryland Smith School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Matthew’s responsibilities include compiling individual, corporate, partnership, and non-profit tax returns, compiling audit workpapers and financial statements, and managing accounting functions for our clients under the supervision of the managing partner.

Matthew is a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician for Sandy Spring Volunteer Fire Department. He is tasked with the responsibility of driving the ambulance to emergency situations and providing basic life support to critically injured and ill patients. When he’s not working with numbers, he enjoys helping out his community.
